		<description>I do not believe that the credits only intent was to encourage domestic production. I believe it was to encourage the use of the product by bringing it more in line economicly with the price of petro diesel. I live in the state of Hawaii and we ship in everything. Unfortunitly for some reason it is more economicly feasible to bring it in from southeast asia than the US mainland. If the credit was not allowed for imports we would be unable to fight the oil companies here that can import oil. Not to mention the fact that there is all this big talk about free trade, the soy bean asso is just as big of a protectionist as any other government that closes their borders to us.</description>
