If you have any noticeable mileage loss with E10, I wouldn’t be questioning the 10 percent ethanol but what makes up the 90 percent gasoline. In every SAE paper I have, ethanol has shown to be more efficient then gasoline when simply adding ethanol. Not enough to overcome the BTU difference but still more efficient. If you are finding more than 2 or 3 percent mileage difference comparing E10 to E0, find another gas station. Chris
