		<description>I think this is a Great Idea.

We should do it right after we put an end to the Blenders&#039; tax credit for &quot;Imported&quot; ethanol.

It would be very easy to keep track of where the imported ethanol goes; and, by dropping the tariff, and tax credit for it, we will put an end to the visceral reaction suffered by those opposed to tariffs, and not in full possession of the reason for the excise.

A &quot;Win - Win,&quot; I&#039;d say.</description>
