All of the quasi governmental agencies and politicians need this decision making time to be awarded popularity, power, and wealth. The EPA is not above foot dragging as the process will award themselves the final ultimate decision maker status and money spender. Most of this to do with politics. Were investing way to much power within government agencies. How to stop this trend? I don't know, but think we are just starting to regret affording so much power to some of these government agencies.

Henry Ford ran his first cars on ethanol an in the 1930s, Gasahol was popular.

The Indy 500 is running 100% ethanol.

The fundamandals are: When oil is cheap, usually ethnol is more expensiive to make than gasoline, when oil is high, ethanol is a bargain and we keep energy dollars and jobs here.

Aircraft engines converted to run on AE 85 tend to produce more power and last 30% longer.

Most of the small engine issues are not the mechanics of the engines but older resins in the fiberglass and plastic tanks and lines.

Reduce exports of our cash to OPEC, create more jobs and cash flow is the USA. Yeah, it will be to the benefit of the United States to produce our own fuel, that's a no brainer even if it burns up a few engines, it's not like we haven't toasted a few engines and made adjustments in the past. America stop holding on to the past, that's why China has the Maglev doing 270 mph and here in California we have Cal-Train 50 mph if your lucky, everybody is afraid to change from the status quo, we have gotten a little too comfortable and lost the American spirit. Peace
