Greenie Weenies on both the East coast and West coast have been clamoring for Clean Green Cellulosic Ethanol. They would probably pay $6 – 10/Gallon for the 95% reduction in carbon emissions from gasoline and 90% reduction from bad Corn Ethanol. Simply follow Penn. Gov. Ed Rendall’s lead and make the 10% mandate a Cellulosic Mandate.
