I don’t understand this statement: “This is great news for ethanol producers, especially as there are an estimated 300 million gallons of cellulosic ethanol ready and waiting to enter the fuel market.” The idea of Cellulosic Ethanol being kept off the market is Conspiracy and the media needs to expose the dastardly producers engaged in this injustice to Mother Earth. Greenie Weenies on both the East coast and West coast have been clamoring for Clean Green Cellulosic Ethanol. They would probably pay $6 – 10/Gallon for the 95% reduction in carbon emissions from gasoline and 90% reduction from bad Corn Ethanol. Simply follow Penn. Gov. Ed Rendall’s lead and make the 10% mandate a Cellulosic Mandate. (CE10)
