		<description>OK, Pro-Ethanol folks, the unified opposition has just handed you a gift.  Since the pro-ethanol side has so far had an anemic, poorly-coordinated response to the comment period, MAYBE you can rally and launch some appropriately-scaled public awareness effort, wide-spread blogging campaign, actual national ADVERTISING or some basic cooperation, unified on a single message.  As an industry, if you can&#039;t accomplish this task together, you will get the result that you deserve.

The clock is ticking.

Maybe you will find that enriching retired Generals and ex-Congressmen will not get the job done.  It&#039;s the PEOPLE that need to be on your side, or any gains will be short-lived.</description>
