		<description>This goes to show - the Big Oil lobyists are smarter and more experienced at this game than the ethanol lobbyists.  What a great lesson.  Now we see the downstream effect of the oil lobby getting one legislator to insert one seemingly-simple sentence into a bill. 

“The statute specifically includes ’significant emissions from land use changes’ within the concept of indirect emissions,” she said. “Excluding indirect land use changes - whether domestic or international - from the analysis would depart from both the statutory text and from the scientific thrust of the requirement of lifecycle analysis.”</description>
