		<description>Of course the price of gasoline will rise again.  But unfortunately, that also means the price of ethanol will rise proportionally. Ethanol production and fossil fuels are so far joined at the hip.  Last summer when gasoline spiked to $4+ per gallon, ethanol followed it right up.</description>
