And who is saying that is wasn&#039;t intended to help auto industry? Dealerships have been some of the hardest hit by the recession and the funding for this came from the stimulus funds. It has allowed the dealerships to hire back a lot of people they had to let go earlier.
Further, the program running out of money almost looks like a negative the way you put it. As opposed to showing how popular the program has been with Americans.</description>
