		<description>I think every power plant that uses coal or Natural gas should be required to install Algae ponds or green houses to capture part of thier CO2.  Also to reduce the amont of CO2, they should install solar farms and wind turbines on the land that is not used for Algae production.  They would get better use of all these methods if they combind them to work together.</description>

		<description>Right now the algae industry is new and not yet cost effective. Give it a few years and the technologies and efficiencies will advance, allowing larger plants to be built which will make this technology cost effective in the very near future.</description>
