		<description>Amazing!!! Just about ALL biodiesel plants in the US are shut down or bankrupt because the high cost of feedstock and no market for biodiesel in the US. The Europeans have stopped US biodiesel producers for dumping biodiesel below cost in Europe. According to the biodiesel association, ALL biodiesel plants are running at less than 20% of capacity. 

Heard the same federal contractor that built this plant was bought out by another federal contractor who is now managing the biodiesel plant in Erie. Wonder why the name change?</description>
