I am from Latin America and must admit my frustration and disappointment for forgotten area wold wide that could contribute immensely to the worldwide contribution to the biofuel status. I would so much appreciate if other courtries Goverments would also be involved in BIO FUEL production. I dream of the day that we all could be a part of Biofuel worldwide. If Panama and all other negleted countries could all make a tremedous contribution that would make the difference to really affect OPEC and that we could all participate in this world problem. If I or any one more capable could each be considered for WORLD PLANNING & COOPERATION, we could shut the mouth of OPEC. If the old saying of sticking together makes us stronger, IT would really be applied to all of us, as a Call of Duty type of thing in one way or another, we would all win. I am trying to import a 40 gallon bio diesel machine, but I alone cannot give the effect like as if we were all together on this with monitary discounts or any other means for us smaller 3rd courtires to play our parts.

I hope I have made myself clear enough to start soemthing positive rolling and you will be surprised at the results, if we stick together.

Hoping someone will pick up on thhis idea abd ket me know what I can do at: jalbritton07@gmail.com.

Sincerely,

"..and less on the land we are devoting for the production of biofuels.”

In other words, the sudden dramatic rise in corn prices in lockstep with increased ethanol production and increased corn planting is a giant coincidence. And even if he is right that corn ethanol is a smaller player in food prices than oil, he admits it is also a player, just "less" of a player, and when you consider how little of our energy supply comes from corn ethanol, you realize that on a gallon per gallon basis, it has a bigger impact than oil.
