We understand the importance of using soda, sorghum and sugarcane for the purpose of ethanol production. But until then, we must use what is available, favoring that which is eco-friendly. Unfortunately the RFA/Ethanol producing states like Iowa will see their Carbon emissions rise because of increased CO2 emissions associated with making more Corn-based Ethanol. I am hoping that Florida Based Protec will immediately begin converting over to cleaner Ethanol made from Sugarcane, Sweet Sorghum, Algae, etc. in the South.
