		<description>Well, at least a few jobs were created with stimulus funds.  Too bad most electricity for now and the short term is made from fossil fuels.  Though those would be mainly domestic fossil fuels.  Could have been biodiesel trucks...ahem...that would have created even more jobs.</description>
