UNICA is after the ethanol tax credit. It will serve them right if, in the case the tariff is lifted, the tax credit is also amended to specify that the Country of Origin must be U.S.-based. Brazil only lifted their tariff because sugar became too expensive, and it was politically expedient to use it against the U.S. ethanol fuel industry. American citizens can read between the lines of our new enemy of domestic fuels--UNICA. It’s good to see what the new enemy of domestic fuels is thinking and saying.
