For “Max” effect, I’d say, phase out the tax credit for “obligated” parties, and keep it a while longer for those utilizing Blender Pumps.

Yeah, but E85 consumers like me should be polled on this. From my conversations, we support Growth’s plan to gradually shift the tax credit away from the oil companies, to better be spent on thousands of ethanol blender pumps being installed. Does the consumer/taxpayer get a voice in this? It will look pretty suspect to us if a logical plan like this is turned down in favor of continuing to send the $ billions of tax credits to the oil companies.
