		<description>Yeah, but E85 consumers like me should be polled on this.  From my conversations, we support Growth&#039;s plan to gradually shift the tax credit away from the oil companies, to better be spent on thousands of ethanol blender pumps being installed.  Does the consumer/taxpayer get a voice in this?  It will look pretty suspect to us if a logical plan like this is turned down in favor of continuing to send the $ billions of tax credits to the oil companies.</description>
